We ordered this because it was the more boyish looking gown. The family loved it. It was not flimsy, it held up well, the embroidery was beautiful! I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered the 9-12 month size because the c/o was that it was small and that was accurate. My son is 3 months, and in 6-9 month clothing. The bigger gown fit great.

We fell in love with the gown the first time we saw it. We wanted our sons christening outfit to be unique and that it was. The stitching and embroidery was very defined and detailed. Our guest cried when he came out all dressed up. I do recommend that you buy the next size up because it does run small.

I was soooo pleased with this item! I was hesitant to purchase it because of some of the negative comments I had read previously about the slip but was soooo pleased that I had purchased this. The only con that I could come up with is that putting on the slip takes some time primarily with getting the arms in where they go. Other than that, there is nothing negative I can say. I received soooo many compliments about the outfit and most of all, my little guy looked just like a prince!!! Again, I'm sooo happy that I purchased this item which will be used as an heirloom going forward. Thanks for carrying it!!
